Pretty Good Email

Your email program, run by someone who's done this a few hundred times.

Fixed monthly price.  ·  No hourly billing.  ·  Cancel anytime.

The situation

Three things that are probably true right now.

Not because anyone is bad at their job. Because email is somebody's fourth priority.

01

The calendar is three weeks behind.

Campaigns go out late, or they go out never. The plan was good. The Tuesday it was due, something on fire won.

02

The automations are quietly rotting.

Built once, launched, never touched. The welcome series still mentions a product you stopped selling last year.

03

Deliverability is decaying, silently.

Nobody sends an alert when inbox placement slips. You just notice, two quarters later, that email stopped working.

What you get

Two packages. One monthly number.

A full-time email marketer costs $80k+ before benefits. This is the same job, for the fraction of it you actually need.

Starter

Keep it moving

from $950/mo

For teams whose email exists but keeps slipping.

  • 4 campaigns per month — strategy, copy, build, send
  • One automation maintained — kept accurate and tested
  • Monthly report — what ran, what it earned, what's next
  • List hygiene and basic segmentation
  • Async support, one working-day response
Start here

Not included, and we'd rather say so up front: brand or design systems built from scratch, paid advertising, SMS strategy as a standalone service, and one-off consulting engagements. Clear scope is why the price stays fixed.

How it works

Three steps. Roughly two weeks to your first send.

STEP 01

Intro call

Thirty minutes. Your list, your stack, your goals. You leave knowing whether this is worth doing — including if the answer is no.

STEP 02

Audit and a 30-day plan

A real look at your account: deliverability, flows, segments, the gaps. You get a written plan with what we'd run first and why.

STEP 03

We run it, you watch the numbers

Campaigns ship on schedule. Automations stay current. You get a monthly report that a busy person can read in four minutes.

Who's behind it

An operator, not an agency.

Built by an operator with 15 years across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, and the martech stack behind them. You talk to the person doing the work, because that's the same person.

Platforms we work in

Yours isn't listed? It's probably fine — ask.

Free, no call required

The 1-page deliverability checklist.

One page. Every check we run before touching a client's sending. Work through it yourself in an afternoon — most people find at least two things broken.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks on the call.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

Month to month, with a 30-day notice period. There's a soft ask for a 90-day runway at the start — email compounds, and one month isn't a fair test of anything — but you're never locked in.

Which ESPs do you work in?

Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Brevo, Mailchimp, Customer.io, and most of the rest. We work in whatever you already have. If you're choosing one, we'll recommend based on your business, not on a partner commission.

Who owns the account and the data?

You do. Always. The ESP account is in your name, on your billing, with us added as an admin. Your list, your templates, your flows, your history. We're never in the middle of you and your customers.

How fast do things ship?

The audit and 30-day plan land within one week of kickoff. First campaign usually goes out in week two. Ongoing, campaigns are drafted for your review at least three business days before send.

What happens if we part ways?

You keep everything, because it was already yours. We hand over documentation of every flow and segment we built, remove our admin access, and answer questions for 30 days after. No exit fee, no held-hostage assets.

Why "Pretty Good Email"?

It's a tribute to PGP — Pretty Good Privacy — which was, famously, quite a lot better than pretty good. Understatement is a good habit. Overpromising is how email marketing got its reputation.

Next step

Thirty minutes, no deck.

Bring your account and your goals. You'll leave with at least one thing worth fixing, whether or not you hire us.
